The Graintek Floor Drying Stirrer System is a beam mounted stirrer unit that can be installed to new or existing hot air floor driers. The stirrers enable more efficient airflow through the grain which allows for deeper drying depths and reduced drying times. The robust beam construction and chain drive system is supplied with a selection of stirrer flights for grain and woodchip with up to four twin auger heads to a maximum width of 12m. The systems are delivered fully assembled for fast onsite installation and can be fitted to steel frame buildings or concrete panel wall heads. The beam and auger speeds are controlled by a PLC control system to ensure full tray coverage with options including variable fan speed and touchscreen control.
