Graintek offers two closely related specialist drying systems: the Tray Drying Stirring Unit and the Floor Drying Stirrer System. Both are designed to improve airflow through the material being dried, reduce drying times and support more consistent drying at greater depths. The Tray Drying Stirring Unit is suited to grain, woodchip, draff, digestate and other specialist materials. Built around a robust direct drive design, it avoids chains, belts and long shafts, giving users a stronger and more practical solution for demanding tray drying applications. The Floor Drying Stirrer System is designed for new or existing hot air floor dryers. By stirring the grain, it helps air move more effectively through the crop, supporting deeper drying depths, improved airflow and shorter drying times compared with static floor drying alone.

The Tray Drying Stirring Unit can support tray widths up to 15 metres in any length, with a heavy-duty 200mm auger for grain and woodchip drying depths up to 4.5 metres. The Floor Drying Stirrer System can support tray widths up to 12 metres and can be configured with up to four single trolley auger heads. A single auger type can be used for grain and woodchip up to 4 metres deep. The Tray Drying Stirring Unit can operate on three phase 415V, double phase 480V and single phase 230V, depending on project requirements. The Floor Drying Stirrer System can be installed on new or existing hot air floor dryers and can be supplied with fans where required.
